10 Months!

Loves playing chase. Mommy is chasing him down the hall in this picture.

Holden, what are you doing?.....

Who me? Nothing mommy!

Helping mommy empty the dishwasher
Holden is 10 months! He just had his well-baby checkup and he now weighs 21.5 lbs and is 30 inches long! He's in the 50-75% for weight and 75-90% for height. He is beginning to thin out a bit, which I'm sure is due to his constant motion! He is all over the place these days! Loves to walk while holding on to things and he took his first couple of steps just the other day! In fact he took 3 steps! So we are thinking walking is right around the corner. This is definitely the time for exploring - he's into everything - the dishwasher, doggy door, cupboards, fridge, under the kitchen table, clothes hamper, sissy's kitchen, the bathroom...you name it! Oh, and he wants to be outside all the time, rain or shine! One of his favorite things right now is this car that we push him in everywhere! He loves it! Still hates getting his diaper changed and getting dressed.

Summer 2009

Now that fall is officially here (yeah! I love the fall!), I thought I would recap our summer. Wow what a fun and very busy summer for our family. We did a lot and I wasn't able to find the time to blog about all of it so I have included some pictures. Let's see, we went swimming at Grandma's and Grandpa's quite a bit, the kids were baptized, Gran and Gramps came out for a visit and we all went to Fort Bragg/Mendocino, took a trip to Arizona, Zander Henry was born, we went to Roseville for Gracie's 2nd birthday/Labor Day/baseball tournament, took the kids to Six Flags, and to Mt. Lassen, and Adi started playing soccer and 1st grade!

Holden loves it when sissy squeezes him, can't you tell?
