We had a beautful Easter this year. The weather was absolutely perfect! Lance and dad went golfing in the morning while Adi and I stayed home and did an egg hunt with the eggs she dyed the night before. Then we headed over to my mom and dad's for Easter dinner and another egg hunt with all of the kids.
Here are Holden and Adi's baskets. They did get some candy, but I tried not to go crazy with the candy and instead get some fun things. Such as the elephant that grows a headful of grass hair. And of course all of Holden's candy went straight to daddy! :)
So, the Easter Bunny hid the eggs in the early morning before Adi woke up. But by the time we got out there to hunt, the dogs had devoured 5 of the eggs! One of them picked up an egg and dropped it and it rolled next to a lovely surprise! Adi was so disgusted she didn't want to hunt anymore. After a minute of complaining about it, she was back to hunting again.
